Rick graduated from University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and Harvard Business School with a MBA. Rick has 20 years experience in the real estate industry with 18 years in senior management roles specifically focused on investment properties.
Rick has successfully built and managed entrepreneurial companies focused on sourcing, funding and underwriting development and value-add acquisitions of investment properties throughout Southern California and Nevada.
Rick will be responsible for capital raising, acquisitions and development opportunities as well as managing BayHarbor Management Services and the $600M, commercial investment portfolio comprised of industrial, multifamily and retail properties.
