Chris obtained a degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton in 1986 and began his career at Ernst & Young specializing in real estate auditing and consulting. Chris initially joined BayHarbor Management Services, Inc. in 1989 as Controller. In 1994 he left to pursue opportunities with Koll Retail Group, CB Richard Ellis Global Call Center Network, and Hansen Enterprises. In 2002, Chris joined Warmington Capital Partners, L.L.C. and is responsible for targeting markets and opportunities, contract negotiations and due diligence for all acquisitions. Chris is a licensed CPA.
