In utilizing the expertise of major banks, conduits and life insurance companies with a proven record of success and in teaming with equity partners having congruent investment goals, our finance and equity team is able to capture the most effective way to structure each asset. Detailed quarterly reporting for each asset provides timely performance information to investors assuring their investment is actively managed to maximize returns.

John R. Garlington

John graduated from Virginia Tech as an Accounting major with a BS in Business. He began his career with the international accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. In 1986, John joined Warmington Homes and over the course of thirteen years progressed to Chief Financial Officer and President of an affiliated mortgage company. In 2006 he joined Warmington Capital Partners, L.L.C. after an eight-year absence during which he started a mortgage banking company and served as Chief Financial Officer of an equipment leasing company. John's main responsibilities include the management of equity, debt and financial reporting. John holds a CPA, CMA and various securities licenses.

Lisa C. Williams
Finance Manager

Lisa graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and Business Economics and has held internships with Equitable Distributors and Pacific Life Insurance Company. She joined Warmington Capital Partners, L.L.C. in 2001 as a Financial Analyst where her duties included due diligence, financial analysis and coordination of the financing of prospective acquisitions. In 2005, Lisa took on the role of Finance Manager and is responsible for financing, coordination of equity and investor reporting.
